9.   Advisor to the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities From, September 2007: September 2010. 

      Presenting consultancies in the following areas:

  1. Develop and modernise the information system and administrative secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities
  2. Organise of many training programs in the area of upgrading and developing the capacities of Egyptian university student’s in partnership with several governmental and non-governmental organizations and foreign institutions in support of higher education in developing countries
  3. Prepared of reports to support decision-making in many of the issues relating to higher education
  4. Supervised the UNESCO portal for distance education for the Arab region, UNESCO ODL for Arab States and the organisation of several training courses for the Arab States to participate in the gate
  5. Develop and modernise the organisational structure of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities
  6. Develop and automation system for degrees equivalence of the Supreme Council of Universities
  7. Build up databases for all examiners and sectors consultants of higher education fields to serve the system of equations-mail
  8. Train of the examiners and consultants on the electronic system of equivalence, and panel discussions to determine the criteria for the equation in each sector
  9. Coordinator of Services Science, Management  and engineering Program  (SSME)
  10. Train of staff of the supreme council and raise the competence to deal with the management information systems developed

Build the academic structures HR requirements ,  and training the staff and faculty members on the status of logical parameters to evaluate the students work using objective ways for about 160 course spread into 4 academic program  , according to the nature of each module based on assessment criteria depending on rubric elements customized to confirm covering all learning outcome matches with the (QAA,UK) Standards

5. Prepare students handbook included the University rolls and regulation and faculty rolls and bylaws to guide the students academically and curriculum

6. Create an integrated system to ensure the quality of education in accordance with the British Standards

7. Implementation of e-learning system and take advantage of the availability of courses and communicate with students in addition to the announcement of the results their work permanently (Feed Back)

 8. Validation and Academic Recognition of the Faculty of Arts and Design ( the 4 running Programs ) by the University of the University of Bedfordshire, UK in 2014

 9. Finalize the equation of the Bachelor's degree of Arts and Design awarded by the Faculty of Arts and Design at the October University of Modern Sciences and Arts with a Bachelor of Applied Arts awarded by the Egyptian universities of the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt

 10. Supervise participation of college students in artistic activities such as Youth Salon of Fine Arts, art competitions and get the advanced positions
